A song can reach millions of people. That doesn’t, by itself, tell you whether its creator gets to keep making songs.
Joshua Goldbard has supported josh pan’s work for years. He also founded MobileCoin, the cryptocurrency integrated into Signal’s payments feature ↗. $STUTTER is his attempt to connect those two parts of his life.
The arrangement is simple enough to check: Joshua has pledged to pass on the creator fees he receives to josh pan. Payments get receipts. Future payments still depend on Joshua following through.
Joshua identifies these wallets and says the transfer covers creator fees received as of this payment.
About this payment
The exact amount matches the top wallet’s paid total in our September 10 snapshot. Joshua says this forwards the creator fees he had received by the payment date. The onward transfer is shown separately from the distributor totals below.

Trading fee per buy or sell 1% standard fee + 1% creator tax

The payout contract receives the remaining 85%.
The distributor’s 1.7% consists of 0.7% from the standard fee and the full 1% creator tax. In the checked configuration, the Uniswap pool fee is zero and buybacks are disabled. Gas and price impact still count.
The contract has a few steps.
Collect the fees. The distributor collects STUTTER’s allocated fees from the protocol. Fees received as STUTTER need conversion to ETH before funding ETH payouts. That conversion can wait when the protocol’s price-impact limit is reached.
Publish the allocation. An authorized publisher assigns recipient addresses and amounts for a payout round, then commits the allocation on-chain.
Submit a claim. The contract checks the claim against that allocation and sends the assigned ETH to the named address. Each recipient can be paid only once per round. Claims must be submitted within 90 days of publication.
Owning the token doesn’t make ETH appear in your wallet. There must be an allocation in a published round, followed by a successful claim. Someone else can submit the claim on your behalf; the payment still goes to your address. The leaderboard records completed payments.

On Pons, STUTTER uses holder fee sharing. Follow the holder-dividend steps below; there is no separate STUTTER creator claim.
Connect your STUTTER wallet on Pons. Use the official link above and choose Connect. Select Robinhood Chain (chain ID 4663) and keep some ETH on that chain for transaction gas.
Open the Profile menu. Click your connected wallet in the header. Wait for the holder-dividend check to finish.
Choose Claim all under Holder dividends ready. This can include rewards from other Pons coins, with more than one wallet confirmation. Review each transaction and its gas cost before confirming.
Check the result. Pons reports Dividends claimed when claims settle. Check the transaction receipt and ETH received by your wallet. If only some claims succeed, refresh the menu and check which rewards remain before trying again.
No claim option? Confirm the connected address and let Pons finish loading. Your allocation may already be paid, not yet published, or expired. A Pons data outage can also hide the option. Funds “in the pot for the next distribution” are not yet claimable. Each published round has a 90-day claim window.

What you’re buying.
$STUTTER is a speculative tribute memecoin. It introduces no technological advancement and has no intrinsic value, asset backing or assured utility. Buying it gives you no equity, business ownership, intellectual-property rights, royalties or claim on josh pan’s work. A price on a screen does not establish fundamental value.
What you can lose.
You can lose the entire amount you put in. Prices can move abruptly. Liquidity can disappear before you sell. Concentrated ownership, contract defects, network or bridge failures, third-party conduct and changes in law can all affect the token. A displayed valuation does not tell you what you could actually get out.
What isn’t promised.
Fee descriptions and Joshua’s pledge guarantee neither income nor future artist support. Protocol deductions, allocation policies, eligibility, claim procedures and transaction costs affect payments. The linked receipt records a transfer; Joshua supplies the wallet identities and fee coverage. Holding the token does not prove that a particular payment has been, or will be, made to josh pan.
